How to lose 15 kg in 1 month?

Why do you need to lose that amount in that time?

The short answer is that unless you are about to give birth or get a limb amputated, you can't do it in a healthy way. It's too much weight, too fast.

But in a month, you could overhaul your diet and start an exercise routine that would make you look and feel a lot better.

Start with diet, cut out the white carbs (sugar, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, cereals) and eat more protein and green vegetables. Cut out the fast and processed food, and try to eat fresh whole foods. Eggs, oily fish, fresh meat, lots and lots of green vegetables, olive oil, dairy, fruit, nuts, a small amount of whole grains.

Get more active. Walk as much as possible, do some exercise that makes you pant and sweat (dancing to loud music counts as much as running) and lift weights.

Turn off your TV and go to bed early.
