My Florida heat pump, open-loop unit doesn't cool.. . It just blows warm air. I replaced the external solenoid and valve unit, but it still doesn't work. What next?

Check for plugged drain. We see very few Florida heat pumps where I'm at, this is Water Furnace country. So I'm a bit at a loss to help. Most units made in the last 10 years do have diagnostic lights that will blink a code if a high or low pressure switch opens and such. Do you know what the water flow rate is? What size heat pump is this? Model number is always helpful for those tech's that help here. Maybe someone else here works on more of these than I.
