I am to appear before a judge for removal proceedings due to abandonment of green card application.I am remarried to a US citizen and she has just filed I 130 for me.What should I do if the I 130 is approved before the court date?and what should I do if the I 130 is not approved before the court date? Thank you.

It's different story. You should get yourself a good immigration attorney and go to court.

I agree with lawanwadee, you definitely need an experienced immigration attorney.

If I-130 approved before your MCH, then your plea for relief from deportation is AOS. If I-130 not approved, have the attorney estimate the time for approval and see if IJ will hold the case in abeyance until USCIS adjudicates the petition.

Please note, that the IJ or the USCIS will need evidence of the bona fides of the first marriage, and that is likely to be the most important aspect of the case. Good luck.
