Take nothing and consult with a Physician. I'm surprised that you aren't dead if you haven't had a bowel movement in two weeks.

At any rate, this could be something serious and you need to call the Physician and insist on talking to him/her or a qualified person - perhaps a Nurse.

Metamucil is often suggested, but check with your doctor first as they may prefer something else.

Go for the old standbys... plenty of fluids (sometimes you have to make a conscience effort to get enough), prune juice, fiber (the fiber one type bars offer a good amount) fiber in fresh fruit, such as apples, is always a good choice.

Are you taking a prenatal with high iron? That can sometimes cause constipation. When you speak to your doctor, you can ask about lowering the iron or switching to a liquid form. Some women find it easier to use with less constipation side effect.
Have you had issues with heartburn? Some of the products used for that can cause constipation for some women as well.

Your doctor's office should have a call number for after hours. Use it... don't worry about bothering them or anything, that is what they are there for! Hope you feel better soon!
