This movie is about androids. It takes place within the city. I know that androids in the movie are supposed to be non existent and against the law to remain alive. I remember distinctly there is a sweet fight between two different robot/human guys. The one hero Android is in a huge trenchcoat. The fight goes one and I believe they have extendable arms and guns within their arms. The scene was awesome. At the end of the fight, the trenchcoat Android defeats the other Android and kneels down. And all this steam blows out of him from the battle. It was an awesome movie and I couldn't remember the name of it. I know I watched it on Cartoon Network really late at night. Could have been on adult swim. Great movie and any help would be awesome.
