Bitten by mosquito 2 years ago and suffered terrible reaction. Skin has hardened in a 10p size and it still really itches. Have tried hydrocortison, all antiseptic creams, calmolile lotion, zappers, gels, potions etc.. And still have it - can you help?

Have you seen a doctor? That is not normal, at all. I really have no idea what else to tell you.

Yes saw a doctor a few months ago who gave me some cream - it didn't work. Skin has hardened and there is still a lump of sorts. Its still so itchy though.

You need to either tell your doctor that it didn't work, or see a different doctor. Did you go a regular doctor, or a dermatologist?

Yeah, something like that is more in the realm of a dermatologist's expertise. A regular doctor just doesn't have the knowledge base to do much more than give you an anti-itch cream.
