Hi guys I am aditya.I am from india.I joined hi5 some 2 weeks ago. I met 2 friends one from holland and other from Philippines.one day when I am in chatting some problem like some disturbance occurred I reloaded my page and then I missed my friends from the chatting .I can't see the pictures of my friends any more I thought they logged out.but from next day I can not see them anytime there in chatting . One day I contacted them by their email id . They said they are in hi5 and asked me to chat there.but I can't see them in chatting although they are logged in .they can't see me and I can't see them.I am getting different friends in the chat and they are getting different friends.but I can send them friends requests.I don't know what happened.can you guys help me through and tell me what actually the problem was and what I have to do.please help me please do this fabour to me and I will be very thankful.I am missing my friends a lot.you understood mt problem right?

What chat or IM service do you use?

When your logged into the hi5 service (hi5 | Social Entertainment (http://www.hi5.com/friend/displayHomePage.do)) its possible that their servers aren't linked and that's why you don't see them. The other reasons could be that there is an invisible setting and somehow you or they have turned it on.
