91 Civic. NO spark! Replaced coil, Igniter, Plugs, Leads, Rotor, Cap, set timing even changed distributor to try, checked all voltage tests, seem OK. Any help out there?

If the CEL comes on and goes off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position), the problem is distributor-related. Over 50% of even new aftermarket distributors don't work at AMHD. I only recommend genuine Honda distributor housings, where it's fine to install an aftermarket igniter and coil to keep the cost down. The problem is likely with the internal distributor sensors.

Okay your plug could be getting oil or they are just bad or a blown piston
