I am currently on 18 months probation for being an accomplice to OBTN CDS FRAUD (someone stole my fathers script pad from my house and I caught the charge for them using it, they never showed up to court). I served 3 weekends is jail for it. Unfortunately I make stupid decisions and got caught stealing from Target. The ticket says: "Steal Property of Target having a value of $294.91 less than $100.00 in violation of CR 7-104 of the Annotated Code of Maryland." The officers said I have to go to the commissioner at the detention center within 3 days and that I would receive a court date. Am I going to go to jail again since this would be a violation of probation (1st time)? Is it possible that I might not go to jail for this charge/violation? Please help me, I'm freaking out : (

Either is possible - jail or a warning or your original sentence. Only the Judge knows.

If you didn't stay "clean" and it's only been 18 months I'm sure the Court will not be kind to you.
