I saw this movie on t.v. the other day and I don't know the name! All I know is that there was this little girl, her parents went to dinner and there were 2 murders about to kill her. She was mute (couldnt tlk) and ran into this guys room. He was known as the snake man for his big d**k. the cops came in and someone jump outside the ledge of the hotel to their death. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME FIND THE TITTLE OF THIS MOVIE oh you and it was on tv--- that might help thanks
