My dog has little black bugs on him , and I can bath him and gets rid of them for a few hrs.. then back at it again the next day,, doing the same thing... nothing is working I know there are not fleas they do not jump or flies just crawel around...
He has a flea collar , he get s a flea bath evry 10 days... I do not have carpet in my house I have hardwood floors... I'm at loose ends with this help me please
The bug is all black

Do you live by a lot of trees?

Pine trees in my back yard and he does not go out there because of a fence we have up

Have you tried bathing your dog with Octagon soap?

Ditch the flea bath, they are completely useless. Use a good monthly spot on treatment like Advantage.
Fleas will just crawl around on the dogs skin and through their fur, you rarely see them jump so it is possible that's what they are.
Have you treated the house for fleas?
If you don't treat the dog and the whole house they will just keep breeding. Flea shampoos kill the fleas that are on the dog at the time, but they don't kill the ones in your house (carpet mostly but they love cracks in wooden floors and skirting boards)
