Dear Expert,
In an attempt to resolve the "blu star " proplem or the " genuine...". I click start then run then I TYPE REGEDIT.Anotepad is opened where I click edit and type 'FF" .and click "find".
When "FF" appeared i replaced it with "oo" and click :ok". I think I commit a mistake by doing this . I might changed something.
I didn't solve the original proplem. On the contrary I am encountered with anew proplem that is when I try to open the : regedit' by clicking start and run and typing regedit and OK nothing is opened.. please tell me what to do to solve the new proplem.

Is this something that just happened?

Would suggest a system restore back to date/time when there was no problem

Start, programs, accessories, system tools, system restore
Choose a date when no issue and then click next and let it do the restore
