How long ago was your pup treated? It's common for them to have a bit of diarrhea, but it shouldn't last more than a few days.
He's backing up because he doesn't want to poop in his cage. There are some things on the market that can help with his runs. Speak to your vet if it continues more than 2 days, they will be able to recommend something for his age.
Make sure your pup has plenty of fresh water, diarrhea can leave puppies dehydrated very quickly.

When she use to sleep in crate in bedroom with us this did not happen. We put her now on the kitchen in het crate. We gave her freedom without a crate in the kitchen for a little while until she started chewing. Now she is in crate in kitchen.

Well maybe she is suffering from some separation anxiety. Dogs are social creatures and like to be with their pack. Try putting the crate back in your room.
