I'm having irregular periods.. so for 2 months doctor made this regular.. then after that she gave clomiphene tablet. They asked to do ultrasound for follicles monitoring.. when I'm doing ultrasound they said multiple follicles are growing, and follicles growth is very slow.. Im confused what to do.. whether I ll get conceive.. please suggest me some solutions..

By having this multiple follicles can I get conceive
