I wanted to sell my car I did receive a deposit and now I have changed my mind can I give the deposit back to the buyer?

What was the agreement, normally if you don't sell the car, after you had a contract to sell it and took money, they could sue you for any loses they had.

As long as the buyer is OK with it, but if the buyer is not OK with it, there could be problems for you if he wanted to sue you about it
