I have a very strange problem (from my point of view) and I don't know if it's a composite problem or a single one.I don't even know if it's hardware or a

software problem I'll try to simply describe my problem nting that I had tried to reintsall different copies of win xp and the problem is always the same:

1- I can't delete most of the files on my computer and I always get a messege that this files is in use or write protected although it's not.

2- My computer start -up after several attempts it could rach up to 10 attempts before it finials gives the start-up beep and the display works but this

number has decreased after I ah removed 2 ram from my board (0.5 GB x 2) noting that I was using (1Gb x 2 + 0.5 GB x 2) as my processor is dual core (3.42

GHZ) and I am using mother board gigabyte GA945G S3 with bios version F5 (I had tried to update my bios but noting changed) .

3- My Computer Response become very low relaive to its performance before this problem.

4- My internet exproler becomes extremely slow and hangs a lot.

So could you please tell me what could this be

How were you doing the new installs of the OS?

If haven't, would suggest to do a clean install with format to see if would make difference

How to Format Drive and Install Windows from Scratch

Another thing to make sure when doing a fresh install is to remove anything that is attached to the computer - printers, scanners, etc.. Only thing should have connected when installing is keyboard, mouse and monitor

Dear Sir,

First thank you for your concern.

Second I had already tried everything that you had said but there was nothing new

So do you have any other idea if you please

With best regards

You did the format and then the installs?

What files are you trying to delete that it won't let you?

After a fresh install, really only so much maybe need to delete. Which files? Could be they are needed by system.
