This movie was subtitled in English. I think the setting was a Sicilian town. The main character comes to the town for some reason, I think he's a reporter. The only joke I remember is from when the main character was getting picked up from the airport. The driver says "You know, we have a real problem with..." he is about to say "the mafia", but he says, "...traffic in this town" instead. Later the main character is talking with a person that I think is the chief of police. The chief says, "We have a real problem with the..." and the main character interrupts and says, "I know, the traffic." The chief looks confused and tells him of the mafia. I think part of the plot was that this bumbling reporter was not to be told about the mafia presence in the town. If he knew of the mob he would get scared and leave, but the town needed him for something. We also see things from the mob's point of view. They are a comedic element. Does anyone know the name of this movie?
