I have a 4 week old zu puppies and one won't drink no milk it whins a lot and when you touch its stomach it really wines someone please help me out or should I just take her to the vet?

Please take her to the vet. That is the best way to deal with it. How did y ou come by a 4 week old puppy. At that age, should not be away from the mom. What have you been feeding the pup? This pup should only be on breast milk until 6 weeks old.
