I just got a summons and complaint about an old credit card debit, I do not know how to respond to the courts. I have the letter to the collector and the lawyer but I am unsure how to contact the courts.

This is what I intend to write. "I cannot admit or deny the alleged claim until strick prove has been afforded to me."
But I do not know if I need to answer that way to all the questions.

Here are the questions/ paragraph #'s.

1. That the Defendant herein is indebted to the plaintiff upon open account or pursuant to contract, and defendant accepted same.

2. Plaintiff has completed performance and defendant agreed to pay the account, copy attached.

3. There is presently due and owing, over and above all legal counter claims, the sum of $$$$$$.

4. Plaintiff requests judgement for $$$$$$. plus interest, costs and attorney fees.

What do I need to write to the courts.
I have this PDF. To help, just need to know the fine details.

http://courts.michigan.gov/scao/courtforms/generalcivil/dc03.pdf

Also I am attempting to change the location of the court house. I live in an new area now and the old area is quiet a ways away, how do I go about doing that as well.

Thank you for any help.
