Possible, but not likely. Most women will ovulate the same time, or very close to the same time, each cycle. However, there can be an off cycle now and then and some women will naturally ovulate sooner than the average. Due to this, there is no 100% safe time but there are times when pregnancy is less likely than others. Having sex right before a period is due is one of those times.
