I need some help trying to find out how to make a TV show

First off what we need to know is where the show is going to be. If its on cable or primetime or public TV. What audience do you want to focus on and what genere do you want to get into?

It's public TV and the genre is fantsy

If your writing a script you first need an outline. Then a breakdown of who is in it. From there you build your characters into the shape you want it to go. Also you might want to include scenes and dialouge.
