I am in the process of selling my condo in Poland. I reside in Virginia, where I plan to use that money towards the purchase a home . Both Poland and the US have a laws stating that if you use the funds to purchase a new home within certain amount of time, you are tax exempt. I am not sure if that's also the case if I sell my property in Poland and buy one here. The treaty from 1974 is complex. Can any one direct me to an appropriate website? Any dir
