My wife is more intrested in texding her friends and going out and getting drunk the boys are not abusted but come 2nd to her new life .
Devoice is up on the back burner for now we agreed to leve the two boys at her home for one month and then see how they wanted to live with but I have not forst the point yet. I am loathed to get a solicsitor involved I gust want to see if this is what my son rely wants can social services help me !

Sure they can help. I think that you need to get a mediator for your separation. If your children are being ignored and are not being taken care of that is a form of abuse.

What country? UK or Canada?

First, in any question about law, you need to give your general area as laws vary.

Second, please proofread your posts more carefully. You might try using Firefox as your browser because it has a built in spell checker. Your post is barely readable with all the spelling errors.

At this point, with no court orders in place, your children can live with whichever parent they want. If the other parent objects, they will have to go to a court to formalize custody and visitation. You don't social services or anyone unless the mother fights things.

Yes, at this point if there is no court order, one parent can just say this is the way it is, and not let the child go back,
That is of course when lawyers and the courts get involved.
