I found 2 kittens 3 days ago they look like they are a week old they open their eyes. One of them die today the other one looks like he have a flu because he have eye buggers on his eyes. How can I help the kitten to get rid of the flu? I cannot afford to go the vet.

How and what are you feeding the kitten?

Have you called a vet to wheel and deal about cost? Or call an animal shelter for help regarding a vet who won't charge much or anything.

Eye trouble is common in kittens. You may be able to call a vet and pick up an ointment to help.

Is the pus yellow, green, or smelly? If so, then there's probably an infection that needs treated asap.

Yeah I went to the vet and just for diagnostic they want like $200 and also went to the shelter and they told they don't have a vet they all volunteers and all they could do it's putting to sleep.

It sounds like an upper-respiratory infection. Without treatment, and meds only a vet can prescribe, he'll probably die. Kittens that young have almost NO immune system and are incapable of fighting off even the most minor infections, especially without mother's milk.
