My SEMEN REPORT - My semen concentration is 5000 cells/ml, motility is 0%, Normal sperm is 60%, pin heads is 10%, round heads is 10%, double heads is 10%, pus cells is 1 to 2... is the report indicates my fertility? Or how much motility and semen should I have 2 become a father?

I think you need to talk to your doctor more and get an explination.
