I am 25 and I have a 7 year nephew and a 4 year old niece. They are my brothers kids and they live with him and there mother. They do nothing but fight all the time. Sometimes they beat each other in front of the kids. I just picked them up on Wednesday and haven't took them back yet cause they both told me what had happen Tuesday night. I really am scared to take them back cause I don't know what is going to happen to them. My brother already told me not to bring them home. My mom has already had coustody of them once cause of there actions. My mom wants to get them but she works 12 and 15 hour shifts and she is also 60. I am a stay at home mom and would give them the things they need... How could me and my husband get them.

Call your local family services agency. There is probably a case worker assigned already. Speak to the case worker and tell them you are willing to accept guardianship of the children.
