It would help if you tell us
What country you are in, Canada and Iraq have different rules.
Also terms differ, here in Georgia not sure what SIS is, but on any level probation I am familiar with, you can travel with your PO permission

SIS Probation stands for Suspended Imposition Of Sentence. I'm in Missouri. It's called Bench Probation aka Supervised Probation.

Hello B:
If you're supervised, you're going to need written permission. But, if there's no reason to deny it, they'll give it to you. Unless, of course, you LIKE the game.

You will need prior written permission to travel out of state. If you don't have that then be prepared to face the consequences, namely probation violation and possible jail time for the violation. Are you sure you want to play burn the candle at both ends and hope you don't get caught? I wouldn't.
If you have a good, valid reason for travel out of state rather than just go elsewhere to say gamble at a casino, then you should have no trouble getting written permission from the PO. But if you are denied permission then for heaven's sake don't leave the state!
