Kindly provide me with the right nutrition suitable for a Diabetic nephropathy patient.
What are the vegetables which have to be avoided? What are the vegetables to be eaten?
What are the fruits which have to be avoided? What are the fruits to be eaten?
As for proteins, what is the suitable daily or weekly quantity to be eaten?
Which type of food has to be forbidden? (Fried - Grilled for example)
Reducing Urea & Creatinine in the blood is only depending on the nutrition or on the medicine also? Thanks. Chryssanthy

You read perfectly good information here https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/nutrition/nutrition-reducing-urea-creatinine-blood-333116.html

And disagreed with it without offering an explanation why. If you are a professional you know that nephropathy is irreversible kidney damage. A diet low in sodium and low in protein will slow down the process only. Here is a website explaining this special diet.
