He is not on the lease and refuses to leave. He gets his mail here and that's about it. He also let a friend move into his room with him without asking us. So now I have two people here that are not supposed to be here. My landlord said Im not allowed to have them here but he says that he has 30 days to leave and I want him gone before that. Hes brought drugs into my house and wants to party all day and night. What can I do? I thought I could give him a 3 day notice by law since he isn't on the lease. I can get in truble by my lanlord for letting them stay here. I don't want to go to court or have to call the police but I want them out before I get in trouble for breaking my lease for the living here.

Sorry, but you let yourself into this. A 3-Day notice is used to give the tenant time to repair the condition or move. If you have proof of illegal activities you can call the police. Otherwise you have to follow legal eviction process.
