When can a collection agencie go into my bank account. Do I physically have to go to court or can they hier a lawyer and go from there>

If a collection agency gets a judgment against you for money owed, they can freeze your account. You will not be able to withdraw and any money deposited is fair game.
Do you have a judgment against you, is that why you are asking ?
