My husband got caught drinking while on parole. He is in jail right now. What will happen to him?

He could be sentenced to what the original sentence would be if he hadn't received probation; he could get the original sentence plus additional time; he could get a warning and a second chance. Only the Judge knows. Does he have an Attorney?
