I have been separated from my husband for 5 years now. We have three kids. I have had my children this hole time. There is even a child sapport order he has to pay. Now because I found out he was drinking while he had my children we are fighting again and he can get them any time he want if I'm at work. How can I get a divorce cheeply or get full custady of my children?

There is no cheap way, and since you know where he is, there is no need to publish it in the newspaper ( which is very very costly)
The newspaper is merely a method of service if you can't find where he is living and attempts at service has failed.

You will have to hire an attorney and file for divorce, and of course full custody does not mean he will not get visits, it merely means they live with you "most" of the time

The cheapest way is for you and he to agree to all terms and hire and use the same attorney

Please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read First sticky in the Divorce forum (where this was moved from) that directs questions of a legal nature to this forum.

How much a divorce costs depends on where you live and the nature of the divorce. If both parties agree it can only cost a few hundred $$. If there is a fight it can cost thousands.
