I have taken this directly from the web site posted.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS): Symptoms, Cause, and Treatment (http://women.webmd.com/tc/polycystic-ovary-syndrome-pcos-topic-overview)
PCOS.
"What are the symptoms?
Symptoms tend to be mild at first. You may have only a few symptoms or a lot of them. The most common symptoms are:
Acne.
Weight gain and trouble losing weight.
Extra hair on the face and body. Often women get thicker and darker facial hair and more hair on the chest, belly, and back.
Thinning hair on the scalp.
Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.
Fertility problems. Many women with PCOS have trouble getting pregnant (infertility).
Depression.
Most women with PCOS grow many small cysts on their ovaries.
polycystic ovary syndrome. The cysts are not harmful, but lead to hormone imbalances."
The above relates to the PCOS,I had treatment for pre cancerous cells, they used a laser, and had heavy bleeding for a about 12 weeks, however in saying that, every women is different and perhaps a call to your doctor will help clarify why your bleeding, the PCOS may be related,I am not a health care professional, better to get these things checked out by someone who is.
