4 wires coming down from two speed switch, 1-green, 2-black, 1 red. The motor has a plate with 3 termination spaces marked 1, 2, 3 or 4. The green goes to the green grounding screw. Which terminals do the 2 black and 1 red occupy to get the two speeds. 230 volt motor, Centuary by AO smith.
