My brother went to jail on May 12, 2010 for a probation violation. His condition was he had to stay 45-60 days and as of now it has been 45 days and counting. His court date is July 14, 2010. Would there be anyway for him to get his court date pushed up? Or should he try to stay until his court date to ensure his probation reinstatement. (he is getting it back for sure)

I don't think there's enough time to ask that the Court date be moved forward - at least not in my area.

No. Absolutely NOT. They know how much time he's going to do in jail. That's not an accident. They WANT him to do that much time in jail. They're not going to do something that will REDUCE his time in jail. They're not NICE people. I can't imagine why you think they are.
