I am us citizen married has 2 daughter.I want to adopt me sister she is going to be 16 years in sept 2010,my all brother and sis are married my parents are old .they cannot take care of her. My elder daughter 6years always miss my sis bez my sis is living in pakistan.I am planing to adopt her .can you guid me how can I do so.wht is the documents I need to adopt my sister.

Why not just get guardianship instead? It would be a lot easier. You don't need to adopt her.
