My wife left said that she needs some space I've hurt her but,don't want to lose her I love her very much what must I do someone help me.

Give her some space to think about what has gone wrong,then come together and try to work things out,however that all depends on what you have done to hurt her.

I agree with above posters advice let her have the space, however to advise you more then can you tell us what you've done to hurt her?

Wait until she comes back, and talk about what the problem is. Why do you think she left?
