My Incredimail will not download all my e mail it stops at 27% done. I am using incredimail 2 .

There might be a very large email that is blocking everything. If you can access your email via a webmail feature then do so and delete the email.
If you don't have webmail access then contact your email service provider and let them delete if for you :)
