I married and filing for my husband to get his green card but I'm finishing school in another state then will come and live with him will there be a problem concerning our marriage validity or at the interview?

The officer will need to see evidence of cohabitation or a good reason for lack of cohabitation. You can include evidence of your school registration and tuition payment, including transcripts to show that you started the program before getting married, etc.

You can show that you live together when you come to visit or he comes to visit you. Do you have any of your mail being sent to you at the "new" marital address? Or to your old address with your married name? These are all secondary evidence of your good faith living arrangements before your planned moving in together.

I would consult with an immigration attorney, especially to see if there are other concerns, that coupled with this issue, may be a problem at the interview. But the bottom line is if this is the only reason that you have not lived together, and you are credible at the interview, you should be approved.

Congratulations and good luck!
