I am a bharat petrolium oil dealer last 35 years,on the land where I have my oil pump was taken on leadge by my company but any how the agreement is finished,now the land lord is selling his land to someone else & my company is not taking interest so I request you please suggest me is there any law to stop them and I can buy the land.Please help me.

If I follow you the lease has expired and the landlord wants to sell to someone else. Unless there is a clause in the lease that gives you right of first refusal, I don't see where you have much cause.
