The trial judgment order my ex have the right to sell the family home but my ex did everything he can to stop the sell of the home. Can I modify the judgment to have me the right to sell the family home? Would it be heard by the different judge?

What you need to do is file a motion to compell so the sale takes place and if he doesn't respond properly then ask for modification based on contempt.
