My daughter was born in December, her dad came to the hospital the next day. In may we went to court for DNA testing and we are coming up on our next hearing. My daughter is only 6 months, he has never seen her, spent time with her, asked about her or anything. What would be the amount of visitation he would get? Would it be supervised or unsupervised? We had a court ordered visitation last Sunday and while we were there she cried the entire time and he lost his son at the park, he was found on the other side of the park playing in a ditch, and he is only 3. Any help would be great, I am worried my daughter won't be looked after or in a safe environment.

Note: he has 2 other kids 10 and 3, by another girl, whom he lives with.

What would be the amount of visitation he would get?
It depends on the state law and judge's view.
I would suggest to begin with an hour of visitation at your home every day or every other day. Gradually increase this to two or three hours a few times a week. Most experts recommend against overnight or extended visits until a child is three years old

Would it be supervised or unsupervised?
Probably unsupervised.
If you want visitation to be supervised you must prove that:
1 He abused the child or
2.visitation detrimentally affects the child's welfare. Or
3.He has mental incapacity or
4.He abuses drugs or
5.His alcoholism causes him to use abusive language or to mistreat the child or
6.Abduction

she cried the entire time
It's normal behavior;)

It has no legal merit . Your daughter has two half-siblings.
