I just got married in March. My ex just filed for child support for our daughter that will be 15 next month. I am currently unemployed and receiving unemployment insurance. My wife has seen my daughter maybe 10 times in 3 years.
Will my wife's income be taken into account when I go to court?

No. Just your income. Your wife's income has nothing to do with your obligation for child support.

Well? While they can not garnish or take her income, I do believe from hearing discussions on here that some states take into consideration "household" incomes. So I will say it may actually depend on state.
But normally it is merely based on YOUR income and sometimes the ex's income.
But even unemployed, you will have payments due.
I would wonder why you have not been already making payments
