They are dating or communicating on line?
Unless he wants to be charged with anything from parental interference on up (or down) he simply tells her that, at 14, he could be charged by the Police.
And then he signs off and ignores any further correspondence.
PS - I was an English major. Would you considering changing your signature line to "Life is a gamble"? You are misspelling "gamble."

Tell him its not about hurting her... who has been lying about her age. But he will RUN not walk away if he understands HE can go to jail and be someone's girlfrind when he's there.
Statutory rape is a sex crime and he would have to register as a sex offender the rest of his natural life.

And I see the parents charging custodial interference if/when they find out - happening frequently in NY these days.

OK I will tel him all that but my biggest concerin is she sent him a naked pic and this was before he knew she was only 14 when he found out he deleted it and the parents blocked his phone number from calling is that good or bad?I'm worried if they get involed this will all be bad for him but if it dose I'm hoping the fact that he was unknowing about tjis whole age thing

I think that breaking her heart is the last of his worries. Breaking the law has bigger consequences.
Just tell him to block and delete her from IM.

Two months and they never met? It's very possible that the picture isn't even of her. He may dating a guy online. Tell him to get a real life that includes meeting real people.

Just remind him that in prison sex offenders involving children (at 14 she is still a child) are held in very low regard.
Prison rape is a sad reality... and he might face that if caught and convicted (him being on the receiving end).
Walking away from her will be the easiest and smartest thing he can do armed with that knowledge.
