Ok, I live in France, and have been working with this guy for the last 2 years, I can't get him out of my head, we share friends, and we have mutual parties, and we always end up in bed together, he's moving to Spain in 3 months, I thought I was over him is were friends, he's getting divorced froma girl who slept with his brother and is against all relationships, and wouldn't like me anyway, but I can't stop thinking about him and missing him! We get on 200% and are perfect but I can't have him, my terms up at my current job in January and I'll be moving to germany for 6-9 months but ahhh

There is no quick fix here, but stop giving him free sex would help.

Maybe once he moves away you can get over him because he won't be there all the time.

If not, talk to him over email or something. Keep in contact and the feeling may become mutual.

It sounds like he's got a lot on his plate, and he's decided to settle for salad (you) instead of the whole five course dinner.

He is not yet divorced, which can be a very complicated thing, especially if there are children involved. His wife slept with his brother, which is another huge issue to deal with.

Add to that he is moving to another country in three months while all that is going on, and is it any wonder he doesn't want a relationship right now?

It would be to your advantage to stop being so available for him sexually. Enjoy his company, while in the company of others, but cut short the hop into bed. If he has you when he wants you with no ties, why would he even bother trying for something more.

I would keep in touch with him, and allow him the time to take care of his business without any pressure.

If, when he is single, and recovered from his divorce, he will let you know, or contact you if he's interested.

Until then, just be a good friend.

Keep him out of your life. If he's not part of your life, then he can't affect you.
