All I know is there must be some amazing scam or urban legend occurring that is driving the number of times people einquire about prints from the Paris Etching Society. There are dozens of threads here (https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/search.php?searchid=919593) that you can read through in the AMHD art section that will give a fairly accurate gist of how they are often not worth as much as people hope. But with that said, the only place you can get an appropriate appraisal is at a bonafide art appraiser who will take into account many things including the condition of the print. Using the internet as a means to establish value for anything collectible is risky at best. In the case of the PES prints, you might spend more for the appraisal than the print is actually worth. My condolences if that is sad news to you.
