My son has custody of his daughter right now. She has been with him for about a month and does not want to go to her mothers to live. Her age is 13 1/2 years old. They live in Indiana. She says that in no way will she live with her mom since she has lied to her over and over about different things including a boyfriend that is a known drugie. Does she have any grounds to hold on to or not on this?

The 13 year old will go where ever the court orders her to go. So your son needs to make sure he keeps legal custody though the courts
