Have an oil painting in my house and am hoping it to be identified it is not signed (as far as I know) its of a sea scape and measures 18 / 12. I found it in a rubbish bin and it seems to me to be too important to bin. It origionally was framed by windsor and newton for a antiques dealer in belfast on dublin road whose name I can't recall but sounded like wolf something hope someone can help
