Hi, I applied tr in 20th oct '09 and pr in 23 dec '09. I am still working in the same restaurant. But this new bill capping proposal scared me. What will happen next if it implemented and how long will take to come into effect? If I am affected from this, do I need to go back to my country or any options are given? I feel Australian government is ruining my life, time, and career. They showed a dream and they are vanishing themselves.

If u applied under subclass 885 then its going to effect you. So better get employer sonsorship as soon as possible , where you working if u already applied under employer nomination scheme then you don't need to worry about new bill.this bill is delay till 11 August ,so after this date we will come to know when this will come into effect
