I just bought a HP desktop computer with Windows 7 OS. What is the most quick way to copy my outlook files from my old computer which has Windows XP to my new computer? I have a Verizon router at home and I can connect them both to the same network.

1. send all the e-mails to the other computer
2. transfer them through "My Shared Documents" (when connected to the same network)
3. transfer the messages using a high capacity memory device

Export to a .pst file then import that file on the new computer with Outlook.
